On receipt of your order we will normally contact you by telephone the same working day to arrange a convienent delivery day to suit you.
Deliveries can take up to 7 working days from receipt of order. Heavier items which will require a two man delivery and can cause the delivery time to be extended to 10 days. However you will be notified of this prior to any money coming from your account. All deliveries are made on weekdays and all mainland delivery charges are included in the cost advertised. There are, however, exceptions such as certain Scottish postcodes and anywhere that is not mainland England - Isle of Man, Isle of White, Northern Ireland, France etc. In these cases you will be informed of any additional charges prior to money being taken from your account and the order being processed.
Note that in the event of a table having no manufacturing problem and being returned or exchanged then the customer will be charged the original cost of delivery and collection and a restocking charge of 10% of the orginal cost.
